1. Assumption of Risk

This tour involves riding as a passenger on a vintage motorcycle on public roads.
Participants join at their own will and responsibility.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the organizer or rider, the organizer and rider shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the tour.

2. Health Conditions

If you have heart conditions, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have any other condition that could be affected by the vibration or movement of the bike, we kindly ask that you refrain from participating.
We recommend consulting a doctor in advance.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are in good health and agree to join at your own discretion.

3. Safety Gear & Guidelines

All participants must wear the safety gear provided, such as helmets and jackets, and follow the safety instructions given before the ride.
The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from failure to wear the proper gear or follow instructions, provided that adequate gear and guidance were properly offered.

4. Cancellations Due to Weather or Road Conditions

Tours may be canceled due to weather warnings issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency or other safety concerns related to weather or road conditions.
Please note that we do not offer compensation for travel or accommodation expenses in such cases.

5. Personal Belongings

The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings unless due to gross negligence.
Please manage your valuables and personal items responsibly during the tour.

6. Use of Photos and Videos

Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and our website.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us in advance.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be made in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the tour date to receive a refund.
Cancellations made after that period are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be generally healthy and at least 18 years old.
Those under 18 must provide written consent from a legal guardian.
We may refuse participation for individuals under 150 cm in height, those who cannot maintain proper balance with the rider, or those who cannot safely wear the required gear.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Participating under the influence of alcohol
Participating while under the influence of drugs or other substances
Standing up, letting go, or engaging in reckless behavior during the ride
Ignoring instructions from the rider or tour organizer

4. Insurance

The organizer carries liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage to third parties.
However, participants are personally responsible for any injuries or damage to personal belongings.
We recommend purchasing personal insurance (e.g., personal accident or liability insurance) as needed.

5. Compensation for Damages

If a participant causes damage to a vehicle, equipment, or third parties through intentional or negligent actions, they may be held financially responsible for any resulting damages.

6. Compliance with Laws

Any behavior that violates Japanese traffic laws or public order and morals will result in immediate removal from the tour and banning from future participation.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
